FAQs on the ROCHE check-up examinations

Which check-up can I choose?

You can choose one of the three ROCHE check-ups.

When and where can the check-up take place?

The “Comprehensive” and “Medium” check-ups can take place in 2021 at a location of your choice in one of our 14 health centers nationwide. The “Basic” check-up takes place at your location in the immediate vicinity (“near-site”).

How do I pay for the check-up?

The check-up is paid for using the ROCHE future amount. You will receive an invoice directly from CorporateHealth for the check-up, as Roche will pay you the future amount.

Will blood be drawn during the health check?

Yes. To determine the individual cardiovascular and metabolic risk factors, blood is taken from both the vein and the fingertip or earlobe.

Is sobriety necessary for the examination?

No. For the examination of the metabolic parameters, however, ideally no food and / or sugary drinks should be consumed three hours before the blood sample is taken.

Should medication be taken as usual on the day of the health check?

Yes. Under no circumstances should you go without your medication on the day of the health check-up, take it at a different time, or change the recommended dose yourself.

How long does the health check take?

You should plan around 1.5-4 hours for the health check, depending on the check-up level you have booked. In individual cases, this time frame may be exceeded somewhat due to more intensive advice during the final meeting.
